Group Studio's pricing is built on a simple principle: you pay for what your team actually uses, not for seats that accumulate when a colleague leaves. Every tier includes unlimited repositories, the full CLI feature set, and access to the REST API. The difference between tiers is build concurrency, environment retention, and the compliance extras that regulated businesses need. All prices are in Euro and include Irish VAT at the applicable rate. Annual billing saves two months compared with monthly — and your rate is locked for the full subscription period regardless of future price changes.

Pricing questions, answered plainly
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are billed a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for moving between tiers.
Is there a free trial before I commit to a paid plan?
Every new account starts on a 14-day full-featured trial of the Scale plan. No credit card is required at signup. At the end of the trial you choose a paid tier or you move to a read-only archive mode — your code and logs are preserved for 30 days before deletion.
How is billing handled for teams in Ireland?
Invoices are issued by Group Studio Ltd and include Irish VAT at 23%. If your organisation is VAT-registered in another EU member state, provide your VAT number at checkout and the reverse-charge mechanism applies automatically. UK customers are invoiced with zero-rated VAT under the post-Brexit trade rules.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
On cancellation, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can export all repositories, logs, environment configurations, and build artefacts. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted from our systems and a deletion confirmation is emailed to the account owner.
