Group Studio operates from Lavitt's Quay in Cork city centre, a short walk from the River Lee. Our team of eight engineers and two product specialists handles every enquiry directly — there is no outsourced support tier and no ticketing maze. For general questions and sales conversations, email [email protected]. For technical issues on an active account, the in-app chat routes directly to the engineer on-call. Enterprise teams evaluating Group Studio for a company-wide rollout are welcome to book a 45-minute architecture review call — we share our screen, walk your codebase, and answer every question without a sales pitch attached.

Technical support
Active subscribers can access in-app chat routed to the on-call engineer. Scale and Enterprise plans receive a 4-hour first-response SLA on business days. Launch plan support is via our community Slack workspace.
Visit us in Cork
We welcome in-person meetings at 14 Lavitt's Quay, Cork city centre. The building faces the River Lee and is five minutes' walk from Kent Station. Book ahead by email so we can set aside a meeting room.

Enterprise and partnership enquiries
If you represent an organisation evaluating Group Studio for a team of 20 or more engineers, we offer a structured onboarding programme: a dedicated integration engineer, a private Slack channel for the evaluation period, and a custom proof-of-concept deployment scoped to your actual codebase. We have completed successful enterprise evaluations with companies in financial services, healthtech, and B2B SaaS — all with EU data residency requirements. Before you write — answers to common questions
Do you offer an on-premises or private-cloud deployment?
Not currently. Group Studio is a cloud-native platform hosted in our EU-West region. We are evaluating a private-cloud option for Enterprise customers — if this is a hard requirement for your organisation, mention it in your enquiry email and we will include it in the scope conversation.
Can I book a live demo before starting a trial?
Yes. Email [email protected] with ‘Demo Request’ in the subject line and two or three time slots that suit you Irish time. A product engineer (not a sales representative) will run the session, sharing a real project deployment from scratch so you can ask technical questions as they arise.
What is your response time for security vulnerability reports?
We take security disclosures seriously. Email [email protected] with details of the vulnerability. We acknowledge all reports within 24 hours and aim to produce a patch or mitigation within 72 hours for confirmed critical issues. A CVE reference is filed where appropriate.
